Free Deliveries within New York City

Crush is happy to offer free delivery to all five boroughs. In order to receive free delivery you must meet certain minimums, depending on your location.

Manhattan

There is a $50 pre-tax minimum for free deliveries within our "local" area - 42nd to 79th Streets and the East River to 6th Avenue. Orders must be placed by 12:00pm for same day delivery.

For Manhattan delivery beyond our local area, certain pre-tax minimums must be met for free, next day delivery:
- below 96th Street, the pre-tax minimum is $150 or $15 delivery charge
- above 96th Street, below 125th street the pre-tax minimum is $250 or $25 delivery charge
- above 125th Street, $300 min or $30 delivery charge

Outer Boroughs

Free shipping via UPS to all outer boroughs with $200 minimum
     -No delivery time window available
     -Adult signature required

For courier service delivery to Brooklyn, Queens, or the Bronx, the following pre-tax minimums apply:

Bronx:  $450 min or $45 delivery charge

Brooklyn and Queens:  $300 min or $30 delivery charge

Additional Fees

Rush service: additional $10

After 8 pm on weekdays: additional $10

Shipments within the US

Shipment is available by ground or air Monday through Friday.

Crush Wine & Spirits does not, as a business, ship wine outside of New York State. We are happy, however, to coordinate shipment of your wine, by you, to any location in the U.S. or abroad (for international shipping, see below). By authorizing shipment of your wine, you are allowing Crush to engage a third party common carrier on your behalf. We provide all shipping coordination as a free service and do not profit from any shipping arrangements we make for you. Insurance (for breakage only) will be added to ALL shipments at an additional charge unless you assume all responsibility for breakage during shipment.

Shipment is available by ground or air Monday through Friday.

If you require immediate or rush delivery of your wines, including Saturday delivery please request it. Crush does not make an additional profit on accelerated delivery options.

International Shipments

Rates for international shipments start at $150/btl and $300/case (based on standard 750-ml. bottle at 3 lbs. [1.3 kilos] per bottle.) plus insurance & duty.

Shipping Terms / Fine Print:

Title on all Wine passes to the buyer at the time of purchase in the state of New York. If you require that your wine be shipped, you authorize Crush Wine & Spirits to engage a common carrier to deliver the wine on your behalf. IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHIP YOUR WINE TO A NON-RECIPROCAL STATE, YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSILITY FOR COMPLYING WITH YOUR STATE'S LAWS REGARDING ALCOHOL SHIPMENTS.

Again, you must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Crush Wine & Spirits. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, and the common carrier that delivers our merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery.

Because we have no control over the temperature conditions at any 3rd party carriers' warehouses, we always attempt to deliver wines to our 3rd party carrier at the beginning of each week so that you can receive your wine before the weekend. As a result, your wine may not be delivered to our 3rd party carrier the day that you place your order. Please understand that during business hours, your orders are immediately packaged and scheduled for delivery, but may be delayed until ideal conditions for shipment arise.

Some of our wines are sold on a "pre-arrival" or "futures" basis. These products are explicitly indicated as "pre-arrivals" or "futures" on our Web site, email newsletter and catalog, along with the expected (but not guaranteed) arrival dates. Crush will notify you by phone or email when your "pre-arrivals" or "futures" have arrived and are ready to be shipped. You will be given the opportunity to coordinate the proper delivery or shipping address and method (we don't automatically ship out wines when they arrive without contacting you first). Your are reminded that various states impose limitations on the quantity of alcoholic beverages which may be purchased and brought into their jurisdiction without requiring the purchaser, the seller or the shipper to possess certain licenses or permits. Crush Wine & Spirits, does NOT, as a condition of sale, assume any obligation nor bear any responsibility whatsoever for applying for or obtaining any such permits or licenses. Therefore, you are strongly advised to investigate such limitations and to determine the manner in which alcoholic beverages may lawfully be brought into states other than New York. Your are responsible for all applicable excise, use and sales taxes due to your state related to the purchase of any taxable goods.
Crush Wine & Spirits makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of New York. The Buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines and is responsible for any loss or damage to goods once they have left our premises. By placing an order, you authorize Crush to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.

Out of stock: Wines that we have sold out of, but that we may able to re-acquire to fill your order. Please note that you may place an order for an out of stock wine and we will try to obtain it for you at the advertised price. While we will obtain a CC authorization, your Card will not be charged until we have confirmed a wine's availability.

Pre-Arrival: Wine we have purchased that is on its way to us. Due to a number of factors, transportation times vary. If an arrival date is not specified, please call +1(212) 980-9463 for an approximate delivery timeframe.
