Fleishers Craft Butchery Partnership:
Unforgettable, Local Meat & Poultry

Posted by Robert Schagrin

We're excited to announce a partnership with Fleishers Craft Butchery. They are the butcher to know.

Over the fifteen years that we've been open, partnerships have been rare for us.

However, working with Fleishers was an irresistible fit for us.  Check out their website, and you will not wonder why.

Fleishers began in 2014 and immediately helped change the landscape of butchery and sustainably produced meat and poultry. The superb quality of their grass-fed, pasture-raised, and locally sourced beef, pork, lamb, and poultry speaks for itself.

Fleishers has been a staple in our homes since day one. We've lost count of the number of times that they've played equal to the world's greatest wines and elevated dinners to profoundly memorable events.

We're happy to highlight two of our favorite Fleishers offerings, their dry-aged NY Strip Steak, and dry-aged Ribeye, which are both available to Crush customers at a 10% discount.  These two cuts are simply classic. In addition, Fleishers has made their Steakhouse Burger Blend available to Crush customers at a 15% discount. The Burger Blend is typically reserved for their private client program. This incredibly flavorful blend of pasture-raised beef, enhanced by the depth and complexity of dry-aged steak trimmings, creates a deeply satisfying and juicy knockout of a burger.

Our favorite winemakers believe that wine is made in the vineyards and that their work in the cellar plays a minor role, mostly following time-honored traditions. Fleishers' philosophy is similar. They rely on local sources, roaming pastures, stress-free environments, and diets featuring a diverse range of grasses and legumes. From there, Fleishers' skilled butchers work from nose to tail as old-school butchers did long before supermarkets relied on precut meat to merely wrap in plastic.

The results are some of the most superlative beef, pork, lamb, and chicken that you'll ever taste. For those of you who aren't familiar with Fleishers, I'm excited to introduce you.
