A monthly subscription featuring producers integral to the identity of the Claud wine program. Just like the restaurant, the goal is to seek out the delicious. We list the wines we love and eliminate the rest of the noise.
Every month, Chase and Julia select three bottles to be delivered to your home. We will charge your card for the first month when you place your order, then on the 15th of each month after that. The subscription ships the first week of every month; national shipping accepted.
We handle the decisions - you enjoy.
The February selections include one bottle each of these three wines. Place your orders now to receive your first shipment the first week of February.

2019 Chave St Joseph Offerus No name is more synonymous with the Northern Rhone and Syrah than Chave. Currently led by Jean-Louis Chave, sixteen generations of lineage have brought Chave’s domaine to its current legendary status. ‘Selection’ is Chave’s side project that combines the skill, quality and accumulated history with the addition of accessibility. Layers of dark fruit, smokey earth and gamey perfume harmonize for a dense and powerful, yet focused syrah.
2021 Walter Scott Chardonnay La Combe Verte Based in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, husband and wife team Erica Landon and Ken Pahlow launched Walter Scott Wines in 2008. The name Walter Scott honors two people: Ken’s grandfather Walter and Ken’s nephew Scott. Over the years Walter Scott has earned a reputation for honoring the great historical wines of Burgundy while also staying true to the unique place of Willamette Valley. La Combe Verte encapsulates the purity of Chardonnay, displaying textural layers of salinity, lemon zest and white flowers.
2019 Aurelien Revillot Bourgeuil Sur Les Hauts Although not from a winemaking family, Burgundy native Aurélien Revillot has interned with some of the best wineries worldwide. Eventually landing in the Loire Valley, when at just 32 years old he had the opportunity to take over a few hectares of Bourgueil vines. Quickly becoming some of the most impressive Cabernet Franc from the region, Revillot’s wines expand with aroma, texture, and terroir. The 2019 vintage in particular showcases the rugged elegance and pointed fruit we’ve come to expect from the grape.
