The customer service/cashier role is a consumer facing position that requires excellent interpersonal skills and an interest in wine. Ideally, you have a basic understanding of wine and are looking to further your knowledge. But more importantly, you’re friendly, hard-working, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Through your customer interactions, you’ll have an immediate and direct impact on the success of our shop.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers and deliver top-notch service across multiple channels
- Assist customers at the cash register and in the store
- Process & fulfill online orders
- Support our sales team

- Smart and self-motivated, with the ability to multitask

- Interested in wine and excited for the opportunity to taste and learn
- Responsible and a clear communicator
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong computer skills
