Angerville's wines are built to age - and to do so gracefully - and the 98 Ducs is, at 13 years old, just hitting its perfect peak, a study in grace and poise, though it will go strong for many, many years. Indeed, Clive Coates wrote very good things about the 98 red Burgundies in his “ten years on” vintage report, saying “there is much to enjoy, and plenty of scope for cellaring the best bottles for at least another decade.”
