Schaefer's 2015s possess a stunning refinement, grace and ageablity. The Auslesen will age to become absolutely epic wines.
The Himmelreich Auslese #4 has plenty of richness and concentration, but what really stands out is its slate-y mineral cut and incredible length. The Domprobst Auslese #11 has the classic layered complexity of the site with walk-on-tip toe finesse.
When it comes to aging, only Egon Müller and JJ Prum can compete. In the cellar, Schaefer is bulletproof. This is a very small parcel. Please give us your ideal order, and we'll try our best.
