The two vintages serve as bookends to each other. The 2018 has a darker and deeper profile, while the 2020 is bright and lifted.Â
Regardless of vintage, Rinaldi's Barbera always stands out for being incisive and nimble. It's a style of Barbera that we really enjoy. There's incredible purity to the wine's mineral core that's complicated by floral notes and spice.Â
