Dauvissat's AC Chablis is a wine that I never get to offer.
Frankly, if it wasn't a Monday in August, I wouldn't be offering it today. Quantities are simply too limited.

Dauvissat produced an amazing cast of 2018s. They combine power and richness with snap, tension, and Chablisien minerality.
The AC Chablis really highlights this. “A ripe and wonderfully fresh nose also flashes plenty of classic Chablis character,” writes Burghound in his tasting note. It's spot on.
The 2018 has beautiful energy and saline, crushed rock minerality. The wine's harmony amazes.
I'll wrap this up with a warning: I expect a quick sell out. My advice is to get your orders in quickly.
