Today, I'm very happy to offer Mugneret-Gibourg's 2019 Vosne-Romanée.
Few wines combine a seductive texture with an ultra-fine and elegant precision. For me, there's no better example of a village-level Vosne. The 2019 is a beautiful vintage of Mugneret-Gibourg's wine.
The 2019 is a concentrated example of their Vosne, boasting more spice and polished swagger than the norm. There is a really lovely elegance to the wine. Layers of spice, floral notes, and earthy undertones mingle. We recently tasted the 2019, and it was gorgeous.
I was really excited to land this parcel. I buy Mugneret-Gibourg at every opportunity, and still, it's nearly impossible to keep the wines in stock. As is often the case, quantities are modest.
