"A gorgeous combination of finesse and class. Marvelous"

In 2017, Roulot took things to another level. The collection dazzles, reaching a point that flirts with perfection.

Roulot is producing some of the most riveting and mineral-driven expressions of Chardonnay on the planet.

Even judging the wines by the high standards of the estate, the 2017s are extraordinary. Their clarity, precision, and balance make them stand out.

The 2017 white Burgundies possess a refinement and sense of completeness that rarely are encountered. Roulot harnessed the great vintage and produced some magical wines.

Roulot turned out one of my favorite vintages of Clos des Bouchères to date. Clos des Bouchères is a monopole that always amazes in how it combines saturating minerality with a dazzling gracefulness. It's a wine that's absolutely riveting. There's a tactile saline impression, and the total package is delineated with incredible length.

The 2017 Clos des Bouchères has an incredibly classy precision. It manages to have a minerality that feels like it has been distilled to its essence that has the texture of lace. I really love how the wine combines tension and delicacy.

There are few producers of white Burgundy that are hunted down as aggressively as Roulot. The 2017s are being chased even more feverishly than usual. They're simply that special. I'm sure you can guess that quantities are very limited. Give us your ideal order, and we'll try our best.

Burghound: "An ultra-pure, discreet and distinctly airy nose offers up notes of citrus, green apple, matchstick and hints of acacia and hazelnut. The sophisticated, intense and lilting middle weight flavors are finer still and a bit more mineral-inflected as well before concluding in a strikingly long if almost delicate finish. As all really good examples of Bouchères are, this is a gorgeous combination of finesse and class. Marvelous."
