Rabajà is one of Barbaresco's crown jewels. The site produces wines of impressive power, but that's only part of the story. Rabajà is above all about completeness and elegance.
Produttori's 2016 Rabajà is destined to join the all-time great examples. It's one of those wines that seems to have everything. You really take notice when a seasoned Piedmont expert like Antonio Galloni writes: "the Rabajà is the sort of wine I wish every Vinous reader could taste because it captures the essence of place and vintage with so much pedigree".
It's a wine of soaring nuance and finesse. The incredible balance and length that is a signature of the 2016 Piedmont vintage is on bold display. The harmony and architecture is incredible.
