Boisson's Aligoté belongs to a small group of thoroughly compelling examples of the grape, like those of Bachelet, De Moor, and de Villaine.
This helps to explain why Boisson's Aligoté has one of the strongest followings among our offerings.
Sadly, it's difficult to find Boisson's Aligoté in quantity. There's currently only three listings for the 2020 in the country.

We love Boisson's piercing and complex minerality that has a Chablis-like sea breeze character along with smoky and pulverized rock notes. The minerality is complemented by layered citrus notes of grapefruit, Meyer lemon, and lime.
Boisson's 2020 Aligoté is one of the vintages where the wine seems to offer more of everything. The zingy electricity of the grape shines through while the vintage adds an extra dimension of power and polish. The entire package is compelling.
