Trousselle is an extremely skilled viticulturist and he works his vines with painstaking care. He’s also well respected in the region. In fact, he’s currently working with Pierre Boisson of Boisson-Vadot on a project in the Hautes Cotes de Beaune and he will be in charge of all of the farming.
