Viñedos del Jorco is a partnership between Raul Perez, one of Spain's most talented and visionary winemakers, and a group of wine importers and retailers in the Cebreros.
The Grenache grape thrives in the area. Here the grape has a vibrancy and drinkability that's rarely encountered. Las Cabañuelas is a blend of the soil types in the area (granite, sand, and slate).
In terms of price, joyful drinking, and eye-opening quality, this is one of our favorite recent finds. I strongly suggest that you take advantage of the 6-pack price. You'll want to have this around in quantity.
