Bachelet's Charmes-Chambertin is a profound bottle, delivering breathtaking complexity, elegance and dazzling purity. The impact and sense of completeness is absolutely stunning. It's multifaceted and explosive with notes of soil, stony minerality, flowers, and layered red fruits.
The 2013 is an especially vibrant edition of Bachelet's Charmes. Antonio Galloni calls it "beguiling" and that's a nice, short summary. The 2013 is a mesmerizing Charmes with a detail, length and aristocratic brilliance that's very noteworthy. We expect this to age amazingly well.
