Boisson's 2018 Bourgogne Blanc boasts a thrilling combination of pristine verve and gripping length. It has an expansive complexity with a stony core and a nicely polished finesse.
The wines of the Boisson family have become some of my favorite white Burgundies. They are intensely mineral, nervy, and possess a perfectly judged richness. The Bourgogne is a very compelling example of just how impressive the wines are.
