Chevillon is a lesson in Nuits-St-Georges, in all its meaty, wild, textured glory.

The list covers Chevillon's superb 2008s and utterly brilliant 2010s. It covers most of our favorite 1er Crus - Cailles, Les St. Georges, Vaucrains, and Pruliers. We're very fond of how Pruliers strikes an appealing middle ground between the ruthlessly mineral wines like Vaucrains and the softer wines like Chaignots.
