Canonica Barbera, Langhe Nebbiolo, Barolo Grinzane Cavour & Barolo Paiagallo

Canonica turns out some of the most captivating and soulful Barolos around.

Every time I taste one of Canonica's Barolos, I'm blown away by their purity and their textural complexity.

The only downside is that Canonica’s holdings are tiny. Finding Canonica's wines in quantities large enough to offer is very challenging.

Today, I'm happy to offer the largest range of Canonica's wines that I've ever been able to offer before. I doubt that I'll be able to replicate an offer this extensive for a number of years.

The list below includes Canonica's rarely seen Barbera and four vintages of Paiagallo, including magnums and three-liters.

You'll find their 2019 Langhe Nebbiolo, a wine that dazzles with its finesse and precision. It has explosive, high-toned aromatics of flowers, spice, and minerals.

There's also the 2013 Grinzane Cavour. The first vintage of Grinzane Cavour was in 2012. The wine is sourced from over 50-year-old vines. A large portion comes from the relatively rare Nebbiolo Rose clone. The Rose clone tends to produce less tannic wines and there's a more accessible and silkier quality to Grinzane Cavour than Paiagallo. The 2013 Grinzane Cavour shows the site in its full glory.

I'll let you get to the list. Please keep in mind that quantities are extremely limited.
