For a very long time, Picq's Chablis have been the go-to wine of value hunters after the real deal. For us, Dessus la Carrière is always the top choice. Simply put, it's everything that you could want from a villages Chablis and then some.

The 2017 Dessus la Carrière is beautiful and intense. The mid-palate is packed with saline minerality, citrus and tart apples. The palate is incisive and saturating possessing a tensile chalky texture.

I strongly advise you to jump on this. Quantities are limited and it's rare that I encounter Chablis at this level and at this price.
