I should highlight Vilmart, a classic of grower champagne. Both the 2002 and 2004 Coeur de Cuvée are on offer. By now, many of you know the deal with Coeur de Cuvée. It's the "heart of the cuvée," the very best juice from the precious middle portion of the first pressing. Coeur de Cuvée is sourced from a single vineyard, Blanches Voies, from old vines.
Finally, Chartogne-Taillet's non-vintage Sainte Anne is the best Champagne value that we've encountered in a long time. At $61.95, the quality it offers for the price can't be beat.
