I had fun putting this together.
The list is heavy on Taittinger's Comtes de Champagne, including magnums. There's also an impressive selection of Dom Pérignon with the 2008 Regular and Rosé in magnum and the extraordinary 1995 Oenothèque.
I should also highlight the breathtaking Champagnes of Selosse's disciple, Alexandre Chartogne of Chartogne-Taillet. The lineup reaches its pinnacle in the exactingly rendered single-vineyard bottlings. Three of the single vineyards are on offer below. They highlight just how careful the winemaking is.
Finally, without a doubt, the value of the list is Girard-Bonnet. At $59.95, this Blanc de Blanc has a laser-focused minerality and plenty of finesse.
