Today, I'm happy to offer a list covering some of my favorite Champagne producers.
The list below includes Grande Marque, but it's heavy on many of our favorite growers, like Agrapart, Ulysse Collin, Savart, and Suenen. And that's just naming a few.

The list includes magnums of 2008 Dom Pérignon. There is something absolutely magical about this Dom Pérignon. It is easily among the best of the past fifty years. Simply put, this is a bottle that flirts with perfection, especially out of magnum.
Elise Bougy's meticulously crafted champagnes may largely cruise under the radar, but for people who know them, they are wines to aggressively seek out. I'm happy to offer two of her wines below. At this point, her champagnes are nearly impossible to find.
Finally, I'm happy to offer the 2013 Cuvée du Goulté from the now retired Marie-Noëlle Ledru. Ledru made some of the most heartfelt and compelling Champagnes around and Goulté was her top wine. It is based entirely on Pinot Noir and is sourced from her best parcels in Ambonnay, one of Champagne's best communes.
