Below you'll find nearly a dozen champagnes that cover a lot of ground.
I went pretty heavy on Bérêche. There are six different selections from this great estate, including magnums of his Rosé Campania Remensis.
You'll also find plenty of champagne from Grandes Marques, including the 2002 Salon, Cristal Rosé, and back-vintage Dom Pérignon.
Finally, there's Vilmart's 2002 Coeur de Cuvée. Coeur de Cuvée is easily one of the best grower Champagnes out there. The wine shined in the great 2002 vintage. It shouldn't be missed.
