By now, you know the deal. I went through our champagne inventory and picked out a long list of favorites.

There are forty different champagnes in the list below.

Below you'll find everything from the cult wines of Elise Bougy to 2015 Salon and magnums of 1989 Clos des Goisses. 

You'll also find six selections of Roederer's Cristal, including magnums. I've had an astounding number of absolutely brilliant bottles of Cristals. 

Before wrapping up, I should mention the trio of Cedric Bouchard's 2020s. These are rarities that never stick around for very long.
