You'll find everything from Selosse and La Rogerie to back-vintage Bollinger R.D. and magnums of 1996 Cristal.
I also included a couple of selections of Ulysse Collin's champagnes. There is little doubt that Olivier Collin is making some of the greatest expressions of Champagne. He is famed for producing Champagnes of epic scale and riveting minerality.
Also included below are two champagnes from Egly-Ouriet. Egly-Ouriet is one of the long-standing benchmarks of grower champagne. They are champagnes born out of an extreme point of view - textural, deeply concentrated yet intensely mineral.
