Coastal Wines
FREE tasting on Thursday, May 15th
5:30-7:30pm
RSVP Today!

Much like our January "mountain wines" tasting, coastal wines is a loose, possibly cavalier, term for a group of wines that we love.

We'll be pouring 7 different wines from different coastal winemaking regions of the world.

Please join us on Thursday, May 15th to taste through a range of coastal wines.

We're excited to be pouring this group of wines that range from Sicily to California, from sherry, to rosé, to Pinot Noir and beyond. Even De Bartoli's Vecchio Samperi Marsala is in the mix.

This is an eclectic lineup, for sure. To start: Barbadillo's Manzanilla En Rama Otoño, a seasonal, unfiltered sherry from Bodegas Barbadillo that boasts delicacy and fineness with an energy and cut. We'll travel to the Greek islands with Hatzidakis Santorini Assyrtico, an intensely mineral Greek white delivering saline, citrus and floral notes. Then there's Aschero's herbal and mineral Vermentino. Continuing the herbal theme, there's Abbatucci's Ajaccio Rosé Faustine from Corsica.

From California, there's Gros Ventre's Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, which shows a great amount of finesse and delineation. On the more joyful side, there's the Arregi Txakolina, a semi-fizzy, mineral wine from Basque Country. And last, but far from least, there's De Bartoli Vecchio Samperi Ventennale, a killer unfortified Marsala.

Yes - it's free! - but we're asking everyone to RSVP to events@crushwineco.com. Please let us know how many people will be in your party.

See you Thursday!
