While we love pretty much everything that Allemand releases, we think that higher-acid vintages are special.
Nobody renders Cornas with the fineness and detail that Allemand does. The 2021 dramatizes this.
In vintages like 2021 that are bright, clear, and elegant, Allemand is given a nearly perfect stage to show what makes the wines so unique and so compelling.
The 2021 Chaillots has beautiful verve and silky tannins. The pristine detail is amazing. There's incredible aromatics of spice, flower notes, olives, and bright red fruits.
