Below you'll find Dauvissat's most famous bottlings: Clos, Preuses, and Forest. There's the underrated 1er Cru Vaillons and the rare Petit Chablis. There is also his Irancy, a red from the same Kimmeridgian soils as Chablis. Finally, there's the 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre, which was first released in 2014 and is sourced from a 0.33ha parcel. The 2021 has thrilling power, breeding, and refinement.Â
