Don't Miss Debut:
2018 Pierre Boisson Bourgogne Blanc Murgey de Limozin

Posted by Ian McFadden

As we've said before, Boisson is producing some of the most exciting white Burgundies that we have tasted.

It probably goes without saying that we were really curious when Boisson debuted two new lieu-dits bottlings of Bourgogne Blanc.

The Murgey de Limozin did not disappoint. Boisson's regular Bourgogne Blanc is one of our go-to white Burgundy values. However, the expansive power and explosive core of minerality that Murgey de Limozin possesses really blew us away.

It's sourced from within Meursault and the wine's profile highlights its origins. There's saturating richness and power that works well with Boisson's tension-filled and chiseled style.

We've been impressed with Boisson's 2018s. The collection maintains an impressive amount of detail and fine-ness. The Murgey de Limozin highlights their success.

Boisson is a small domaine and as you can imagine, the Murgey de Limozin is very limited. I bought every bottle that I could find, but sadly it doesn't amount to all that much. Please give us your ideal order, and we'll try our best.
