What we love about Baudry's rosé is the saline-tinged and citrus-infused crispness. There's a sleek finesse to its minerality. Baudry sources his rosé from young vines in gravelly and clay limestone soils, and it displays a breeding that's rarely encountered.
The winemaking and farming at Domaine Baudry is some of the most conscientious that we know of. Across the range, the wines dramatize their careful approach. They are so clear and precise.
There's no reason to draw this out. We suggest that you get your orders in early. For us, it's not summer without Baudry Rosé.
