A few weeks ago, I was absolutely shocked by a bottle of 2006 Dujac Luisants Blanc. It was one of the greatest '06 White Burgs that I've tasted.
As usually happens, that bottle sent me on a tasting (and buying) frenzy. My biggest takeaway was that I'd neglected Dujac's whites for far too long. These should not be slept on.

Dujac hardly needs an introduction. This is one of the greatest domaines in all of Burgundy. Their success with the rarely seen Morey St. Denis Blanc only establishes this further. Their Bourgogne Blanc is very hard to come by, but it's an absolutely lovely bottle.
The whites very much share a kinship with Dujac's legendary reds. They have Dujac's signature intensity and refinement. The whites possess exactly the same saturating, rigorous quality that can nearly overwhelm the senses. What's truly remarkable about Dujac is how they carry their intensity with poise and finesse.
I'm really happy to be able to offer three different vintages and three different sites. You really get a sense of the wavelength that Dujac's whites work on as you move from the Bourgogne Blanc up through the 1er Cru Monts Luisants Blanc.
From all of the wines on offer, you can expect a boldness and a power that's disciplined by rigorous detail and a firm stony minerality. The punch and explosive mid-palate always finishes with an impressively weightless, finessed, lingering minerality.
It's unlikely that I'll be able to offer an assortment of Dujac whites like this again anytime soon. My recent obsession with Dujac's whites has provided me with some of the most eye-opening bottles that I've tasted all year.
