For the past decade, things have clicked into high gear at Bachelet-Monnot. Each vintage, the wines seem to go from strength to strength.
In 2023, this evolution comes into clear focus. Few producers captured the vintage as thoughtfully and as compellingly.
Bachelet-Monnot's 2023 Puligny is brilliantly balanced, combining luscious yellow fruits with crushed rocks and zingy citrus flavors. The way the wine weaves together richness and verve is really impressive.Â
These are revelatory expressions of Burgundy. The 2023 Puligny underscores the caliber of winemaking at this domaine. I'm very happy to offer this.Â
