Petits Monts is, literally, a stone's throw away from La Romanée and Richebourg. It delivers the velvety elegance, spice inflected complexity and outright class that you'd expect from its neighbors.

Drouhin's 2017s are stunning. They are beautifully refined and gorgeously textured. The 2017 Petits Monts is utterly pure, possessing a jaw-dropping length and impeccable breeding.

Drouhin's plot in Petits Monts is farmed biodynamically. Indeed, this is an extra au naturel plot, worked by horse and plow as there's no path for a tractor, and all harvested by hand. Véronique Drouhin is convinced that the farming has really elevated this site.
