We're excited to have co-founder Bertha Gonzalez pouring both their Joven and Blanco at Crush on Thursday, November 12th from 6:30-8:30 PM.
Casa Dragones' Blanco uses the finest Blue Agave plants and fresh spring water gathered the day of distillation from the aquifers of the Volcano of Tequila in Jalisco, Mexico. It's painstakingly made in small batches of 400 cases at a time. The result is perfectly suited for sipping or taking your cocktail game to the next level.
Casa Dragones' Joven Tequila is a rare blend of 100% Blue Agave silver tequila and extra aged tequila, rested in new American oak barrels for five years.
This is a brilliantly clear and shockingly elegant Joven. Expect a pristine tapestry of citrus notes with a gentle dusting of pepper, a faint earthiness and of course, an ultra-clear saline minerality.
