The Thomas family has been farming and making Cognac for over a hundred years. Until this release of Martingale, the family sold their eaux-de-vie to some of the most famous houses in Cognac.
Martingale Cognac's style is distinctive and very compelling. We love its finesse and sparkling clarity. This is very much a Cognac animated by floral notes and lifted profile while having a deceptive underlying depth.
On Thursday, November 30th, from 4:30PM-6:30PM, we're excited to offer an opportunity to experience this game-changing Cognac.
