Chambolle's Premier Cru Les Amoureuses is a special place. It sits adjacent to Musigny and is one of the greatest and most haunting Burgundies in existence.

This hasn't escaped the world. Amoureuses commands higher prices than many Grand Crus and is chased down by Burgundy fanatics with a singular fervor.

Drouhin turns out one of my favorite Amoureuses. Their jewel box style finds its perfect complement in the Amoureuses. There have been many times that Drouhin's Amoureuses has blown me away. Very few wines are capable of being so riveting.

The deal with Drouhin's Amoureuses is its intense and mind-bending complexity, but what really makes your head spin is its mesmerizing perfume, its ultra-refined tension and length, and its ethereal finesse.

2014 is an amazing vintage for Drouhin's Amoureuses. Drouhin's 2014s are simply great, and Amoureuses is one of their top wines. They are pristine in their expression and have loads of class. In the decades to come, Drouhin's Amoureuses is going to be epic.

Amoureuses is a small 1er Cru and it's spread over many growers. There is precious little of Drouhin's to go around. This offer is only going to a select group of Burgundy lovers, but please keep in mind that this is a very modestly sized parcel.
