Roulot's Bourgogne Blanc may be the most loved and sought-after wine in the category.
I can't think of a parallel. The closest you could come to a peer might be Mugneret-Gibourg's Bourgogne Rouge.

Jean-Marc Roulot is simply one of the greatest producers of white wine on the planet. The calling cards of Roulot are incredible precision, length, and harmony, with a cutting elegance. Even at the Bourgogne level, Roulot delivers all of these qualities.
We're really excited to offer the 2021 Bourgogne Blanc. Roulot simply nailed the vintage. The wines have a blazing minerality. We feel similar to Burghound when he writes: "It would be the understatement of the year to note that Roulot's whites are world class but he has outdone himself in 2021 as every wine is highly recommended."Â
The 2021 Bourgogne Blanc has a lovely clarity, sleekness, and laser-like focus. We love the wine's refinement and overall balance. I can only think of one other Bourgogne Blanc that competes with this in terms of completeness and class.Â
I'm going to bring this to a close. You all know the story with Roulot and how rare it is to find the Bourgogne Blanc in quantity. The 2021 vintage produced great wines here, but yields were painfully low, making a very limited wine even more so. Please give us your ideal order, and we'll try our best.
