We've been impressed by their 2021s. The wines possess a beautiful freshness and clarity.
Today, we're excited to offer their 2021 Migan, one of our favorites from their lineup.
Migan comes from two old vine parcels. The vines are braided following the local tradition called cordón trenzado. One of the parcels is relatively high elevation and has sandy volcanic soils; the other is lower on the slope and has clay soils.
The 2021 Migan is nimble and packed with minerality. There's plenty of freshness with spice, smoke, red fruits, and saline notes. Everything is beautifully delineated and amazingly pure. It has a beautiful silky texture.
We'll close with a warning. Everything that Envínate releases is tightly allocated and gets snapped up. We expect this to disappear quickly.
