Along with Mugneret-Gibourg, Chevillon's Bourgogne gets hunted down with the same intensity as top Grand Crus and often seems as hard to find.

Chevillon's Bourgogne has a serious following and is sourced from only 0.8ha. Finding the wine in any quantity can seem impossible. I'm really happy to have landed this parcel.
Chevillon's 2017s are beautiful. They highlight Chevillon's ability to combine muscle with finesse and purity. It has good structure, but also a beautiful transparency and brightness.
In 2017, the Bourgogne Rouge has beautiful purity, vibrancy, and a soil-inflected complexity that's amazing. It sums up so much that I love about the vintage.
In terms of soul and character and overall value, Chevillon's Bourgogne Rouge is very hard to beat. I'm always on the hunt for Chevillon's Bourgogne Rouge and still, it's rare that we're able to offer it. Don't miss this.
