Carillon's are some of our favorite White Burgundies.
Carillon's wines may cruise somewhat under-the-radar, but there's no doubt that they are some of the most impeccably crafted white Burgundies.
Nearly every time I'm poking around the cellar of a serious Burgundy collector, I come across Carillon's wines right next to luminaries like Coche, Roulot, Ramonet, etc. They are magical White Burgundies. They combine regal grandeur with fanatical rigor.

Carillon produced beautiful 2011s. They combine a saturating palate presence with a mineral-laden finesse.
Of course, in the finessed mineral department, Perrières leads the charge. Perrières is the most laser-focused of Carillon's line-up. Burghound's note on the 2011 gets to the heart of its signature, citing the elegance and "fine sense of underlying tension and freshness to the precise mineral-driven middle weight flavors."
It's been a while since we've been able to offer Carillon. The wines have become difficult to find in quantity. The production is modest and they're so thrillingly precise and finely calibrated that I'm not surprised. I'm happy to be able to offer this small amount of mags.
