It would be difficult to think of a better vintage to introduce a new wine. The 2014 white Burgundies are stellar and even with the heights that the vintage reached, Ramonet's wines are knockouts.
Before I continue, I should underline that this is a rare bottle and that it will likely sell out quickly. Currently there are no other listings in the US.
 Ramonet's 2014s are a pitch-perfect expression of the vintage, with amazing concentration, clarity, and harmony. The Clos du Caillerets has a blazing energy, serious length, and sleek refinement.
The 2014 Clos du Caillerets has laser-like focus and a rigorous, tightly wound core. It offers up loads of stony minerality, citrus, and floral notes. Finally, it's impossible not to highlight just how supremely elegant it is.
