These are very big words from one of the best Champagne tasters that I know. The 2008 DP Rosé is a legendary vintage of this wine.
This gives you a sense that the 2009 is a dynamite DP Rosé.
It is absolutely seductive in its power and poise. The wine boasts incredible depth with ridiculous drive. However, above all else, the finesse, refinement, and beguiling texture is profoundly impressive. I was floored by how the wine combined out of the gates of charm with serious underlying
architecture for long aging.
The 2009 Rosé is one of those wines that hits you from so many angles. It explodes from the glass with extremely clear layered red fruits, roses, spice, and minerality.
Dom Pérignon's Rosé hovers in a mysterious place between sparkling white wine and red Burgundy. The classic line is to call it "Musigny with bubbles". The comparison certainly gives you a good sense of how saturating, regal, and compelling it is.
As Dom Pérignon Rosé ages, it gains a crazy amount of complexity and elegance. I'm expecting big things from the 2009.

Antonio Galloni, Vinous Media: "The 2009 Dom Pérignon Rosé marks a return to a richer style of Rosé following the more ethereal 2008 Rosé. Sweet red cherry, blood orange, spice and pomegranate all build in a creamy, sensual DP Rosé that hits all the right spots. Over the last few years, Chef de Caves Vincent Chaperon and his team have lowered the still Pinot portion of the Rosé down to about 10% from a high of 28% or so, reached around 2004 and 2005. In 2009, the Rosé gains considerable textural presence from the generosity of the year. It is a superb Champagne. I preferred it to the 2008, which was also part of this tasting."
