I included four vintages of Serafino Rivella's stunning Barbaresco Montestefano. They are wines of incredible breeding and finesse while seeming devoid of artifice. It's very rare that we get to offer a range of wines from this great traditionalist.
Stella di Campalto's wines are studies in elegance and grace. They have an ethereal quality that couples so beautifully, if unexpectedly, with intensity and verve. I picked a few wines, including magnums and their overarching Rosso Di Montalcino.
