Lafarge 2010-2022

There are few wines that matter to me as much as Lafarge's.

There's something magical and totally captivating about their understated grace.

Along with d'Angerville, Lafarge stands as the long-standing benchmark of Volnay. It's important to note that while Lafarge's wines from Volnay capture many people's interest, it would be a mistake to overlook their work in Beaune.

If I were to sum up Lafarge's style, I would start with honesty and then add purity and precision.  Whether it's Lafarge's basic Volnay or their famed Volnay 1er Cru Clos du Château des Ducs, and Clos des Chênes, the wines age beautifully.

I included a wide selection of magnums, which are very hard to come by. Lafarge's wines show beautifully out of large format. 

I won't belabor this any further. Lafarge is widely considered one of the greats. I'm very happy to have the opportunity to offer these wines.
