Mosel Fine Wines "Harvested at 90° Oechsle, this delivers a rather deep and delicately creamy nose of greengage, pear, brown sugar, mirabelle and smoky slate. The wine literally explodes with a cocktail of creamy fruits on the sweet and juicy palate and leaves a very pure and delicately zesty feel of a creamy Auslese in the finish. This Spätlese manages the tour de force of being both bold and subtle at the same time. The finish is playful and smooth, yet without undue weight. This is a great light Auslese-styled piece of Saar Riesling in the making."
