The wines of Mugneret-Gibourg are some of our favorites anywhere.

These are easy wines to become obsessed with. Across the range, the wines are texturally beguiling, transparent, and supremely elegant.
Over the years, I've been scooping up large formats at every opportunity and quietly hoarding them. It's certainly the sort of offer that I won't be able to put together again any time soon.
Their Vosne is one of the great examples of village Burgundy. It's a heartbreaking tapestry of suave, velvety dark fruits, earth, and exotic spices. Their Nuits-Saint-Georges Chaignots bottlings are the most elegant examples around.
The Chambolle 1er Cru Les Feusselottes is a jaw-dropping wine with incredible finesse. Finally, the Clos Vougeot is quite possibly the greatest example of this Grand Cru. The same can be said for Ruchottes and Echezeaux.
