For five years, we've fallen into this ritual: we amass a small collection of Colin-Morey, we offer it and then, it sells out.
With that in mind, it's difficult to say much new here. Still, it's impossible not to be in awe of Pierre-Yves Colin's rise. Besides Roulot and Coche, I can't think of anyone currently making White Burgundy that is in such high demand.

When you taste the wines, you immediately understand all of the excitement. They are some of the purest and most intense expressions of Chardonnay around. Crystalline is the word that comes up again and again.
I've been consistently blown away by the 2013 White Burgs. They possess a startling mineral clarity. Even in this context, the Colin-Morey 2013s are stunning. They're intense, precise and beautifully crystalline. We've come to expect this from PYCM, but in 2013 it hits the next level.
Colin-Morey's Chenevottes comes close to being an ideal place to witness 2013's mineral and razor-cut nature. At its best, Chenevottes delivers a piercing complexity of citrus, minerals and flowers. In 2013, Chenevottes has a laser focus. This bottle has never been about grand scale. 2013 has allowed it to assume its essential and most flattering qualities - the result is stunning in its delineation.
For Colin-Morey fans, the 2013 is a don't miss. It's unlikely that you'll find this site shining so brightly again anytime soon.
