You'll find plenty from benchmark producers like Cappellano, Conterno, and Bartolo Mascarello.

Also included below are wines from Piedmont's new wave -D'Arcy, Lalu, and Philine Isabelle.

I should give a nod to Ferrando's Carema, a Crush pillar. Ferrando's Carema is Nebbiolo at its purest, most energetic, and most aromatic. At high altitudes, in the shadows of Mt. Blanc, on soil that's pretty much eroded rock, the grape assumes a level of finesse that's gorgeous and hauntingly singular.
