This is classically structured, deeply complex Chablis minerality, with the same intense, sweeping notes of stone fruits, flowers, and minerals. The 2017 Beauroy is the genuine article, boasting oceanic notes and citrus. There's a beautiful refinement and focus to the wines. The total package is very compelling.

Burghound "As is usually the case with Beauroy, there is a suggestion of the exotic present on the slightly riper aromas of white orchard fruit confit that is laced with hints of seashore and again algae. There is also a bit more volume and mid-palate richness to the opulent and seductively textured medium weight flavors that despite the lavish mouth feel culminate in a clean, markedly dry and almost salty finale. Note that this opulent effort should be approachable young but age well too."
