We've been huge fans of Suenen's Champagnes for quite some time. However, this is the first time that we've been able to offer the wines. Finding enough wine for an offering is very difficult.
I should warn you from the start that quantities are extremely limited and we'll likely need to allocate.

Suenen's Champagnes are among the great expressions of the Côte des Blancs. Today, we're happy to offer the Oiry and C + C Blanc de Blancs.
Of the two wines, the Oiry is the more delicate and overtly chalky of the two. It possesses kinetic energy, incisive chalky minerality, and a tension-filled precision.
The C + C is sourced from Cramant and Chouilly. Compared to the Oiry, this is more expansive and has a layered complexity. While being a wine of greater breadth, the C + C doesn't sacrifice any of the detailed minerality and finesse that defines the Oiry bottling. It has a wonderful verve and floral notes.
Both wines highlight how sensitive the farming and winemaking at Suenen are. There are few producers anywhere in Champagne that are capable of wines of such pristine expression.
